Looks like the Kobato will get more merchandise than just the calendar. GAGraphics has posted a prototype Kotobukiya PVC figure of Kobato. (the GAGraphics page has slight larger images) It will be released in December, and the price has yet to be decided. (The figure's pose is from CLAMP's illustration of the Okimono kimono book in case you were wondering.)
2ch is also reporting that Newtype 9 has news regarding the anime theme songs. (This is still unconfirmed, but let me know if you find a better source.)
