[News] Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card updates

The last episode of this season's Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card anime aired today (and is available on Crunchyroll). We'll keep watch for another season...in the meantime, the following items are coming up...

Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card manga volume 5 will be out September 3. The limited edition will include a Petit Nendoroid.

[Update] Cardcaptor Sakura at AnimeJapan

There's a new PV featuring the new theme songs on youtube.

The anime will air this weekend, but will take a break for Sakura's birthday/Easter, but will be back with the new episodes and new theme songs afterwards.

This month's Nakayoshi has an ad with some upcoming Cardcaptor Sakura nomnoms including the 4th manga volume and it's limited edition swag. It appears that there will be a set of Clear Cards made by Takara Tomy, too...but they aren't 'clear'....hm...

[Goods] CCS anime re-release

The 70 episode original Cardcaptor Sakura anime will be re-released in a new Blu-ray and DVD box set this December. CLAMP will illustrated a three-sided case. The anime will be digitally restored and contain the original extras like text-less openings/endings, Kero-chan extras & more. There will be new audio commentary by the seiyuu.

Blu-ray: 42,000 yen
DVD: 21,600 yen
Release date: December 13, 2017

The RPG game, GranBlue Fantasy, has announced some upcoming collaborations including Cardcaptor Sakura this fall. While I think this is limited to users in Japan, it may be interesting to see the CCS characters in the fantasy playaction.

A new Megahouse/GEM figure for Code Geass's C.C. was revealed, too.

If you haven't read elsewhere, three Code Geass compilation films will be released between Oct of this year and into next year. A couple new side stories... And a new, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection to-be-determined project were announced. I'll update the community if CLAMP gets involved with these new projects.
