[News] CLAMP's Spell of Invincibility

CLAMP has posted a message on their website for those affected by the earthquake. Like many mangaka have done, they've created a new illustration full of hope and encouragement. They've also used the illustration in a short video message seen at NICONICO video. Maaya Sakamoto (Platinum theme song), Sakura Tange (Sakura's seiyuu), and Mihara Ichirou (video production) contributed to the video. A wallpaper of the illustration may be up for download April 6.

[News] Blood x CLAMP

"The May issue of Kadokawa Shoten's Monthly Shōnen Ace magazine is announcing on Saturday that the anime studio Production I.G and the manga creator quartet CLAMP are collaborating on a new Blood original anime called Blood-C, which will launch this July. CLAMP is creating the story and original character designs, and Production I.G is handling the animation...The official website for the project will open at the www.blood-c.jp address."

Because of the recent happenings in Japan which has caused uncertain electrical and transport situations, Shueisha has altered their release schedule. JUMP SQ. 5 which was due out April 4 and JUMP SQ. 6 which was due out May 4 will be merged into one issue, JUMP SQ 5・6, which will be on sale April 21.

CLAMP-NET's beginning of March update didn't have anything new added, but here's something new at online stores.

The CLAMP Tarot Collection will be out in March 24th or April depending on the store. There will be 22 regular cards and 22 special cards. You can buy a pack of 4 cards or a box of 12 packs. The box will contain 2 types of Judgement cards at random; Tsubasa or GATE 7. [info: Hobbystock]
