[Update] more CLAMP Twitter accounts open

Tsubasa's white Mokona has a twitter account @CLAMP_mokonaW.

xxxHolic's black Mokona has a twitter account @CLAMP_mokonaB.

Both Mokonas seem to be responding to every account that follows them. Cute.
